CHARLIE PUTH SHARES SAM FELDT REMIX OF “LEFT AND RIGHT (FEAT. JUNG KOOK OF BTS)”

While all of us are patiently waiting for October to come around and Charlie Puth’s new album to finally drop, we have been given a little treat to sweeten the torturously long wait. As I’m sure you all remember the recent collab with none other than BTS’s Jung Kook. Absolute ICONIC. “Left and Right” is the dreamy boy group-esque jolly tune that just sweetens your everyday routine. You can’t help by playing this song on repeat. Have you already listened to it in the car tho? The way the voices just seem to bounce off from the various corners of the car is so fun, you really can hear it from “Left and Right” lol. The track which of course will also be on the new album CHARLIE has actually become his highest charting debut single to date and has amassed over 250 million global streams.

Well, now that the hype around it is slowly, very slowly dying off Charlie is coming back for a double whammy! The GRAMMY-nominated and multi-platinum singer/songwriter/producer has teamed up with multi-platinum electronic artist and producer Sam Feldt to create the ultimate dance remix of “Left and Right”. Don’t worry the new remix is the perfect balance of soft-core rave vibes meeting catchy pop tune.

The way their voices harmonize just sends shivers down my spine. How can you not just swoon for these two sweet, soft boys with their angelic vocal cords? (Fan-girling clearly encouraged). Sam Feldt knew exactly what he was doing because the way he integrated the bass in the background and added the characteristic dance beats just perfectly emphasizes the energy of the song. The remix is not overpowering or distorting the feels of the original version too much, which I love. A subtle addition that gives an already great track just the right nudge into a new version. Only thing is that the 3D depth of the sound (the effect where the voices bounce) gets a little lost in the dance version, but that’s okay. It’s the perfect dance version that combines the best of all worlds: it brings together the BTS stans, Rave Babies, and Charlie Puth fans. Now that’s what I call a party!
