XTIE RELEASES FOCUS TRACK “#FF” FROM HER NEW EP

Hong-Kong based songstress XTIE (pronounced X-T) released her debut EP APOLLO-23 on June 2 with “#FF” as her focus track. XTIE is back to celebrate her 3 year music journey where she’s been writing, producing, and performing. The EP is an ode to her journey as an artist, a celebration of her creativity and passion, and a testament to her “cosmic pop” sound. The focus track “#FF” is a dream pop single and it stands for Final Fantasy. XTIE wants this track to be an anthem of independence for anyone who needs it. The message is about realizing that your love to yourself is more important than relying on other people’s love.

All eight tracks were written and produced by XTIE, each one was crafted with care and attention to detail. XTIE placed “#FF” as the fifth track on the EP. The first few songs really break open the vulnerability, longing and yearning that set the tone of the EP sound. “#FF” really turns the mood over to self-love and self-worth. It really has a positive sound with soft vocals really showcasing the pep talk XTIE is given to herself. Just giving yourself a little bit of kindness and grace.
