If your recent playlists have been missing that special spark, Nippa just answered the call with his Warner Records debut, “Homegrown.” The Tottenham-raised vocalist delivers nine packed tracks that showcase his versatility across genre lines, blending R&B, dance beats, and rap verses. Loaded with guest appearances from Blxst and Jordan Ward, plus stellar production from KAYTRANADA, Pino Palladino, Lido, Don Mills, Camper, and KzDidIt, the project proves he is operating on a completely different level.

“Homegrown” truly has a bit of everything across its tracklist. “Just Vibe” has a seductive melody that immediately gets you in the right mood. “Kacey,” featuring Jordan Ward, tells the story of a man who is entranced by a hometown crush but ultimately decides he is done playing games when she ignores him.

The title track “Homegrown,” featuring South Central rapper Blxst, bridges two cities and cultures through a blend of community and different styles. Meanwhile, “Talking to The Mirror” showcases Nippa’s vocal range, showcasing why he effortlessly shattered the independent scene.

Produced by KAYTRANADA and Rance, the standout single “Bittersweet” takes the cake with its style. The single is accompanied by a music video depicting a night out; the track balances primal energy with internal reflection as Nippa explores the push-and-pull between living in the moment and facing the eventual consequences.  Beyond the main highlights, the remainder of the record is packed with hidden gems that deserve just as much attention.

Before delivering this project, Nippa was already making quite the impression after building a devoted fanbase independently. He broke through with “INDUSTREETS” and “Hope She Hears This,” earning a MOBO Award nomination, recognition as one of Billboard’s R&B Artists to Watch, and praise from outlets like NME, Billboard, and Dazed. However, this is only the beginning for Nippa.

Hailing from North London, Nippa is celebrated for his honest songwriting and a powerful sound he proudly describes as “hood R&B.” His hometown connection remains a vital piece of his identity, so much so that “Homegrown” serves as the official soundtrack for the 2026/27 uniforms of his local Premier League football club, Tottenham Hotspur. Rooted in authenticity and fresh off U.S. appearances at Nike and Drake’s NOCTA Manor retreat and L.A.’s TheBasement Series, Nippa is expanding his creative world across the globe. And now that “Homegrown” is out into the wild, we are incredibly excited to see where he goes next.
