DEVOWR. and AK Renny Are “Spinnin Heads” With New Single
Experimental producer DEVOWR. has collaborated once more with rapper and DJ AK Renny for a club-ready new track, “Spinnin Heads.” The new song was released under House Call Records, founded by DJ Dr. Fresch.
The track was released as part of House Call’s “Call Backs Vol. 1” EP, including songs like “Underdog” by Andrew Lux and “Earthquake” by Tan House, two other artists represented by House Call Records. The compilation also features another track with AK Renny, “Shooters,” a collaboration with Adame Twins.
AK Renny, or Always Knew Renny, is a Floridian house DJ and rapper who combines her two specialties into one through her music. Though we may not hear much of Renny’s rapping on “Spinnin Heads,” “Shooters” and previous collaboration with DEVOWR., “The One,” let Renny’s vocals shine.
With a heavy bass line and classic trap beats, “Spinnin Heads” is absolutely going to be an essential club track. AK Renny’s vocals on the melody and DEVOWR.’s signature style of producing merge into one on the new record, creating one of the best house releases of the moment.
DEVOWR. is an experimental DJ, producing songs unlike any other I’ve heard before. The Floridian producer is only 23, yet has over a decade of experience producing, mixing, mastering, and creating music. He’s definitely a creative at heart and uses his musical talents, such as being able to play several different instruments, to create unique tracks that have become his signature sound.
