Rachel Grae, the New York-based fast-rising pop star, releases her second single Lived It Twice. After a leaked demo of the track accumulated over 1.6 million views on TikTok, thousands of comments begging for the official release led the young talent to expedite the process and exceed expectations with the full-length, relatable song.

In this empowering track, Rachel displays her raw vocal power, unique tone, and a true connection to the lyrics she wrote for this single. Although this single may take a different approach in comparison to her debut release, Bad Timing–which showcases her emotion through a more delicate light–its danceable instrumentals, meaningful message, and Grae’s astounding vocals, won’t go unrecognized. Not only do Lived It Twice lyrics make for a catchy track, but it is also the perfect anthem for the overthinkers out there to crank the volume up to max, place it on repeat, and sing their hearts out.

“It was inspired by advice that my manager gave me when I was incredibly anxious about something that hadn’t even happened yet,” Grae states on the track, “To quote Michael J. Fox from years earlier, my manager said ‘if you worry about something then it happens, you’ll have lived it twice.’ After hearing that, my whole mindset changed! it was the first thing I’d heard that actually stopped me from overthinking a situation before it happened. I decided to write this song because I felt a lot of people had to hear this message as well.”

Be sure to keep an eye out for this rising star, Rachel Grae, and stream Lived it Twice, out now everywhere.
