WE’RE “ADDICTED” TO PAULINE HERR & TWERL’S LONG DISTANCE LOVE SONG

Get your tissues out because this song is a soul crusher. All my long-distance relationship besties rejoice because this is about to become your new hymn. The EDM music dream team Pauline Herr and TWERL are serving serious relationship goals that make us fangirl HARD. They just released their first co-produced single called “Addicted”. It gets better tho, they named this single after the melancholic yet lovingly addictive characteristics of their long-distance relationship. All. The. Feels.

“This release is very meaningful to both TWERL and I because it’s about our experience with a long-distance relationship. Spending months apart and only being able to see each other briefly every few months has been really tough but has also made the time we have with each other really special.”

Pauline Herr

Pauline Herr and TWERL perfectly capture this all-too-familiar bitter-sweet scenario of longing for your love and the inner restlessness you experience that many can closely sympathize with. The soothing vocals combined with the impactful drop-heavy chorus set to a heavily digital sound selection make for the ideal EDM banger that you can vibe to even on slow days. We get you, sometimes you just want that genre kick but don’t have the energy to go, full rave baby. This song serves exactly that.

Although there is no denying that the two of them are a true power couple, both are also highly successful artists independently. 25-year-old Pauline Herr (from Germany) wrote history with her recording label in 2020 for being the first female artist to release an EP with Lowly Palace. She is fighting her way to the top of the EDM market with her recent debut at EDC Las Vegas and is not showing any signs of slowing down. Yes, you go girl!

Her dreamy BF, TWERL (from Australia) has been ripping through the dance space and is gaining global recognition with his releases on established labels like Mad Decent, Sony, Sweat It Out!, Bassrush, Elysian and Lowly Palace.

TWERL & Pauline Herr

With the release of “Addicted,” it’s clear that this musical couple will continue to take the EDM scene by storm. So, get ready for more to come in the future, and best wishes for the couple that they will one day be able to stay together! Long distance is exciting for a bit but lbh there is nothing better than falling asleep next to the person you love irl.
