PAULINE HERR & TWERL SHOWCASE THEIR BEAUTIFUL LOVE STORY ON NEW EP

Following their released single “Addicted,” Pauline Herr and TWERL created an EP called Distance based on their love-bound story. With just three songs listed on the EP, Pauline and Twerl perfectly show off that they have a strong relationship and nothing stops them from keeping the passion alive. They have ups and downs like all couples and both of them use it as inspiration for their music. Most of it was written while they were apart but they also wrote some of the music when Twerl visited Pauline in LA last year. Between songwriting skills, vocal talent and the creation of sound this EP has it all.

“This release is very meaningful to both TWERL and I because it’s about our experience with a long-distance relationship (hence the EP title, “Distance”). Spending months apart and only being able to see each other briefly every few months has been really tough but has also made the time we have with each other really special.”

Starting off with an upbeat track that is energetic that gives off Chainsmoker vibes. “Wherever You Go” was written after TWERL was heading back from Australia. Pauline immediately went to the recording booth, wrote some lyrics and presented the song to him. Both artist got extremely emotional knowing that they created something special. A perfect song to reflect their relationship, they will go where ever the other one goes. The beat is easy to sink into, the voice is high pitched like a chipmunk but not the annoying kind. Feels very euphoric and sounds like the type of song to make a cute TikTok video of you and your spouse taking romantic pictures as you travel the world.

“Addicted” is definitely an addicting song to listen to. The type of song to blast in the car and bang on your steering wheel along with the beat. It radiates passion and connection. As if both Pauline and TWERL are spiritually intertwined. Like their relationship, the song just works. “Addicted” makes you feel like you’re in your own little world as you just melt into the sensual tune.

“Stay With Me” has lyrics that really paint the story of how difficult in can be to have a long distance relationship. The feeling of always having to leave each other and waiting for the day to be reconnected again. This song feels like it’s too short. The moment it ended, I wanted more. Seems like there is never enough time in the world kind of like the song, never enough time to get everything you feel out. Everything has to come to an end, like visiting, spending time together, happy memories, sad memories all end. However, it does not mean that it’s over. The song may end but Pauline and TWERL do not let the distance keep them apart.

Distance truly captures how well Pauline and TWERL understand each others music ability. They fuse together and the music has originality and personality. We love a healthy relationship with constant effort. Let us know how you feel about the EP in the comments below!
