SWEDISH SUPERSTAR SVIDDEN RELEASES NEW EDM TRACK “LIVE YOU DOWN”
Swedish super-producerJimmy Koitzsch who goes by the stage name Svidden is back with a brand new EDM track “Live you down” featuring Aby Io and Kristen Carpenter who helped bring the song to life. The single was released in late April of 2023. Svidden wrote “Live you down” back in 2012 and deems it as a very emotional track. When starting the production, Svidden wanted to introduce playfulness and momentum to the creative process. He experimented with sounds and a plucky synth sequence emerged. The song is all over the place rhythmically and Svidden kept it like that on purpose as it became a big part of the overall vibe of the song.

The lyrics are very well written that seems to hold some sort of bitterness behind them. Painting a story of a falling out but the constant back and forth of the love not being to escape your mind. Wanting to let go and just live your life while being tugged back in by the memories. The tracking is fun, electrifying not overwhelming or in your face. A softer side to EDM but still keeps the liberation when listening.
