Hailing from sunny Southern California, BRKLYN is carving out a unique path for house music across the nation. Their latest EP, released under the illustrious Dim Mak Records and curated by the legendary Steve Aoki, is a vibrant and electrifying release. The dynamic duo behind BRKLYN, Cody Nadeau and Cameron Trowbridge, are on a mission to redefine the genre, ushering it into a new dimension with their debut EP. Comprising five songs that are as thrilling as the duo themselves, “REMODEL” takes you on an adventure of its own.

The EP kicks off with “Shuffle,” a track that ignites the engines of “REMODEL” with energy. It builds steadily, driven by a thumping beat and bassline, all while weaving inverted vocals in and out of the composition. The claps and rhythms come together to create an infectious, feel-good vibe, setting the tone for the entire project.

“Only Fanz” injects a burst of energy into the EP with its heavy bass and beat buildups, exuding an epic sound and flare. The lyrics align with the track as the chorus chants, “she’s a boss about it.” Short, sweet, and high-energy, it’s a standout addition to the EP.

“Believer” boasts one of the most creative productions on the EP, featuring graceful rises and falls, a well-paced production, and a bass drop that’s sure to get heads nodding and bodies moving. The track’s energy is infectious.

“Ocean” takes a more measured approach, offering a respite from the high-octane energy of the previous track. Its cool, easy-going beat provides a canvas for diverse and intricate production to shine. The vibe feels retro and electronically enhanced, with a warm, well-fitted drop that complements the song’s overall mood.

“Rock With Me” concludes the EP with an immersive sound and rhythmic build. It showcases BRKLYN with multiple sound elements and intricate patterns. As the EP’s finale, it leaves listeners eagerly anticipating what’s next for the duo that makes BRKLYN.
