RACHEL BOBBITT Announces Tour Dates w/ Renata Zeiguer & Mat Kerekes

In the music industry alone, we can see an influx of dreamers ready to ride that wave to the road of legendary status. They’re much like surfers, all excited and eager to conquer the open seas. But with all that anticipation, comes different ways of tackling it. There are the cocky ones, the unassuming, and those who adhere to the term YOLO. Which could, depending on how you look at it net great or devastating results (take your pick chief).

While there are these characters that exist in the playing field, there are also individuals who enter the fray with a level head. They immerse themselves in everything set in front of them, and take things slow, steady and with quality just like Toronto based artist Rachel Bobbit. A path less desired by newbies, she stuck with it and grew organically without all that hoopla. Rather than lean on flashiness and all those countless gimmicks as foundations to her music making, she opted to stay true to herself.  In an industry filled with imitators and shape shifters, she stuck with what she knew best – herself.

That perseverance and due diligence definitely paid off, because she released her new EP “The Ceiling Could Collapse” via Fantasy Records which includes the following tracks: “More”, “Watch And See”, “Gemini Ties”, “Bandages”, “What About The Kids”, and “For Keeps” this summer. A spiritual journey through her life intertwined with our own stories and battles. To add to that, she she’s also going on tour with Renata Zeiguer and Mat Kerekes starting October 26th. While show time is still a few weeks from now, tickets have been available since September 1st.
