New York City-based electronic musician and producer Moby has announced that all profits from his upcoming European tour will be donated to animal rights organizations across Europe. This tour coincides with the release of his 22nd studio album, Always Centered at Night, scheduled for release on June 14 via Mute.
A standout feature of this album is the track “Where Is Your Pride?”, a collaboration with the late British poet and activist Benjamin Zephaniah. The song is a powerful spoken-word piece that showcases Zephaniah’s distinctive voice and profound message, encapsulated in lines such as “Where is your love? / Where is your faith? / Where is your hope? / Where is your place? / Where is your pride?”
As a vegan activist and compassionate man, Benjamin inspired me for many years. I hope that ‘Where Is Your Pride?’ honors his legacy and draws attention to his life’s work and principles.
