Maximo Refreshes the Modern Tech House Scene with “Your Love”
Maximo makes music that demands crowds rush to the dance floor. Based in San Diego, the producer is on the rise — and for good reason. Maximo mixes the sounds of modern tech house and gritty ʼ90s acid house in one of his best productions yet, “Your Love,” via deadmau5’s house-focused label, hau5trap.
“Your Love” is the quintessential club song, radiating good vibes for a good night out. Its danceability and subtle groove are characteristic of the house genre, and Maximo’s track is bound to revitalize crowds throughout the night and continually amp up the energy.
My favorite part about this track is that it was influenced by multiple genres within the house realm and nothing sounds just like it. It’s refreshing and original.

The solid kick and driving bassline are matched with a backing of mystical synths and an element of ethereal vocals. With higher-pitched, boppier lead synths in front of the drum, Maximo’s skills as a producer show. The multitude of layers complement each other and build into a true tech house hit.
Come here, come here, come here
For your love~”Your Love”
This single release is a strong follow-up to tracks from earlier this year like “Wanna Dance” and “Feel Alright.” Maximo has even performed next to big names like Diplo, Gorgon City, Kaskade, and more, and he’s surely earned his spot among these killer artists. The producer’s debut EP, I Want You, with Hood Politics Records, took the number one global slot on Beatport under Tech House releases in 2022, but the best is yet to come. Fans are looking forward to what’s next from Maximo as his discography builds and his successes mount.
Maximo recently brought his fiery energy with sets at events by hau5trap and Splash House. You don’t want to miss out on future performances, so check out more from Maximo on his Instagram and SoundCloud.
