We may not be back on the dance floors just yet, but that doesn’t mean the dancing has to stop. “Young Hearts” is the latest single from GT_Ofice, MIME, and Linney, and it’s a track that is guaranteed to get you up and moving even if it’s just in the comfort of your own home. And maybe you just want to vibe out on your couch. Or maybe it’ll add a pep in your step whenever you’re out and about. Whatever the case may be, this upbeat collaboration is a lovely reflection of a new connection that sparks the feeling of knowing this person for longer, and that feeling pulls you towards them and draws you closer to them.

GT_Ofice is a Manhattan-based DJ and producer. He has performed in nightclubs in NYC, Las Vegas, and Miami and enjoys partnering with emerging singers to showcase undiscovered talent to make something beautiful. MIME is is a fast-rising NYC producer, songwriter, and DJ. He released his debut album last year, titled “20/20”, which celebrates the diversity of electronic music with a sophisticated collection of house melodies that shapeshifts into a variety of genres and styles. Linney is an LA-based artist whose spine-chilling vocals transcend genres. She has worked with world-renowned electronic producers, has topped Apple Music Charts in countries across the world, and has been featured in a number of TV shows.

Together, these three artists have created an enthusiastic track to start off the new year. The song features a lively and melodic bassline that effortlessly transforms between bubbly and beat-driven, providing a complementary instrumental for the lyrics. Linney etches the song’s message with her airy vocals. The lyrics navigate the magnetic attraction of this new relationship. And yet it doesn’t feel new. It’s that feeling you get when you meet someone and feel as though you’ve been searching for them your whole life. It’s that feeling you get when the love feels like it was destined to be. It’s that feeling you get when you feel like you’re old souls with young hearts.
