Ice Nine Kills Presents Inaugural Edition of SILVER SCREAM CON
Who says Halloween can’t be celebrated during the summer? Thanks to metal behemoth Ice Nine Kills, we can now experience this beloved holiday earlier through their upcoming event called “The Silver Scream Con”. Come to think about it, this is one of the best things to take place this year because we now get to participate in horror festivities not once but twice. This is comparable to that feeling of seeing the twins give us that eerie look in Stanley Kubrick’s The Shinning.
Announced last May 20th, “The Silver Scream Con” will take place this August 26th to 28th. Its location, The DoubleTree Boston North Shore Hotel, Danvers Massachusetts, the band’s hometown. As for the tickets, you can now purchase them through this website. So, plot those days on your calendars and hurry on down and secure the tickets soon.
As for the event itself, this is its inaugural one which means this is history in the making. One for the ages as others would say but knowing Ice Nine Kills’ reputation, we could make a conclusion that this will be monstrously epic. A must attend for horror fans and aficionados everywhere. But the icing in the proverbial cupcake is that this is curated by the band themselves and will feature iconic names such as Kane Hodder (Jason from Friday The 13th 7-10 ,Hatchet), Skeet Ulrich (Scream, The Craft, Riverdale), James Jude Courtney(Michael Myers from Halloween 2018, Halloween Kills and Halloween Ends), Danielle Harris (Halloween 4 and 5, Hatchet, Rob Zombie’s Halloween 1 and 2), Nick Castle (Halloween Ends, Halloween Kills, Halloween), TWIZTID, Ice Nine Kills’ very own Spencer Charnas and so much more. Whew, and that’s so much star power enough to get a galaxy out of commission for days.
As much as this is a summoning of all things horror complete with guest speakers, panels, autograph signings, photo ops and the works. This is also a way to bring together the Ice Nine Kills and metal fans alike via their concert which will also feature TWIZTID and a surprise special guest (the plot thickens).
Be there or be square.
