Get Ready To Drench with AYYBO
Musical prodigy AYYBO dropped his hotly anticipated track “DRENCH” via Funkshway Records. It is the follow-up track to “HYPNOSIS,” the first release under the label.
“DRENCH” is an aggressive bass-house number that is decorated with filtered rap verses from collaborator Preme. With the minimalistic yet pulsing drum beats, this track proves to be a triple threat that will have you up and dancing on the floor as soon as your hear the first bass drop.
Following the minimalist but stylish approach, the music video consists of the artists performing while submerged underwater. Considering that we are in summer, this is a refreshing view for us to see. In addition, AAYBO and Preme are bound to make waves within the dance and club scenes.
Los Angeles-born Aaron Bonnema — also known as AAYBO — has cut his teeth on the arts as early as the second grade. His passions range from cinematography and design to music production. With the combination of the two, the young producer has been able to share his unique vision and contribute to the fast-pace dance industry. Like many young artists, AAYBO’s music displays maturity wise beyond his years. His last single “HYPNOSIS” has earned him about 10 million Spotify streams, as well as a remix by famed rapper Pitbull called “RIGHT OR WRONG.” Both tracks are proof that the production will remain consistent throughout.
On the other hand, collaborator Preme has been a prominent figure in the Toronto hip-hop scene. Ever since his rise in 2008, he has collaborated with artists such as fellow Canadian Drake, as well as hip-hop juggernauts such as A$AP Rocky, Meek Mill, and French Montana.
With these two creative geniuses, an influx of good times are bound to happen!!!
