FLØRE Embodies Youthful Playfulness in ‘SKELETON’
FLØRE is bringing carefree energy with her latest single, “SKELETON.” The song is a grungy pop song that manages to capture reckless youth energy.
It’s a song about young love and the kind of diving in head first that comes with youthful optimism and energy. While there is a darker side to the recklessness, FLØRE’s song encapsulates the playfulness of being deeply and intensely in love. As she builds up to the chorus, she sings:
Your fucked up mind is kinda nice
You’re one of the crazy kind
Love ain’t real if you don’t die inside
“SKELETON” by FLØRE
FLØRE shared her thought process behind the song:
I wanted to capture the feeling of youth and recklessness, but without losing the innocent touch of being young and in love. The energy of the song represents the freedom and carelessness of growing up for me. It makes me feel alive, while all you’d wish for is to die with someone, if it means you can be with them forever and eternity.
Along with the song, FLØRE released a provocative music video. The video follows a romantic montage that is both dirty and fun — the perfect balance for “SKELETON.” Experience it below:

In the interview, she shares how “it’s okay to not be okay.” Her music is often a relatable, cathartic way to process emotions and life.
