British-Portuguese rock duo Dear Sherlock just released their lead single and music video for “Bluecat” featured on their debut album Object of Ridicule. If you’re a fan of popular bands like My Chemical Romance, Måneskin or Muse then you definitely have to check out Dear Sherlock. The track falls into the alternative rock genre but has a retro-Disney-esque to it. When the track is introduced you can instantly hear the whimsical feel as the birds chirp as if Snow White herself was summoning them. After the pleasant dainty birds the track morphs into a heavy, driving guitar riff, before Dear Sherlock wails out with the vocals. The peak of the song is actually right a the end when they really just let loose with the instruments and rock out until the very end.
