SAN DIEGO’S 2022 CRSSD FESTIVAL RETURNS TO WATERFRONT PARK SEPTEMBER 24 & 25!
For the first time since 2019, the CRSSD Festival is making its official biannual return to the scenic Waterfront Park in downtown San Diego. Festival goers will be treated to the park’s otherworldly views of the city backlit by the beautiful Pacific Ocean. Music lovers will get to enjoy house, techno, and electric acts–split between three stages–as they take part in splash-friendly fountains, explore the expansive grassy lawns, and marvel at the beauty of California sunsets.

At the Ocean View stage audiences can experience performances with a focus on crossover dance talent. This particular stage lineup is headed by electronic super-duo Duck Sauce (A-Trakand Armand Van Helden) and supported by innovative and mind-blowing acts such as Jamie xx, Caribou, Fred again, DRAMA, Moderat, L’Impératrice, and KUU.
All iterations of house will be on full display at The Palms. The stage will be led by the globally recognized production duo ARTBAT and feature several other house favorites, the likes of which include: Dom Dolla, Fatboy Slim, MK, Sonny Fodera, The Avalanches, Wax Motif, Biscits, and Deeper Purpose.
CRSSD’s top-tier techno acts will be hosted at the City Steps and will feature a slew of the genre’s most influential artists. Among the talented bunch include Richie Hawtin, Sven Väth, Joseph Capriati, Reinier Zonneveld, Stephan Bodzin, VTSS, and Jaguar.
The festival prides itself on extending its reach far beyond the limits of the stages. While listening to sets from their favorite artists, audiences will be able to enjoy quality food and cocktails from local vendors, explore the CRSSD record shop–partnered with L.A.’s Stellar Remnant–buy new gear, meet the artists, and discover the city. CRSSD will also be hosting after-dark programming in several venues throughout the city with more names to be announced.
