Chris Lake Delivers Hype EDM Hit, “In The Yuma” Feat. Aatig, Giving ID Fans What They’ve Been Waiting for
The yearly anticipation from ID fans everywhere is finally coming to a close with Chris Lake’s new release of “In The Yuma” (feat. Aatig) via Black Book Records/Astralwerks. The new track is sure to be an EDM hit among the rave community and otherwise, as it immediately captivates listeners with a dope beat and the catchy, illustrious vocals of Aatig. The song’s inception dates back to the pre-pandemic age, when Lake performed in the Yuma tent at Coachella 2019.
With this inspiration in mind, Lake impressively created “In The Yuma” live on Twitch during his mid-pandemic, Amazon production session, #TogetherAtHome. The talented Grammy-nominated producer says it was “the best thing I did in the pandemic,” and further explains how he eventually brought “In The Yuma” to fruition, stating:
“The pandemic was a shitty time but great things came from it. It was great to be doing music whilst being live on Twitch in 2020 and one of the best memories I have from that time is making this track. When I finally got around to testing it out live (over a year later) I couldn’t believe how well it worked. I’ve been playing it ever since.”

While the song was actually developed during the pandemic, it wasn’t until after that the chart-topping producer was able to turn it to gold with Aatig’s accentuating vocals and comprehensive euphony. Now, two years later, “In The Yuma” is finally released for the public to bask in all its EDM glory.
With his extensive music-producing career and continuous success in creating fan-favorites, Chris Lake seems to lose no traction in the industry as he perpetually reaches new heights.
