Announcing Glassetonbury, Vol. 5 + Updates On Former Winners Cam Be & Brian Elliot

Break out the golden rings, we’ve officially made it to Glassetonbury, Volume 5! Last volume, Chicago’s Cam Be defeated Los Angeles’ Lil Late in the closest Glassetonbury Championship yet. The title was decided by a narrow 310-302 margin, so never say your vote doesn’t count.

Cam Be’s featured interview will be posted this week, so stay tuned to hear about his experience recording an album in quarantine, writing his Glassetonbury-winning song “Right Now,” his film influences, and much more.

Another former champion — Vol. 3 winner Brian Elliot — will be joining us on Instagram Live on Wednesday, January 27th at 7:00 p.m. CST for a live-stream performance. Elliot is fresh off the release of his new single “Dance Alone,” and his performance promises to be electric.

We want to make sure Brian and Cam get the spotlight they deserve, so we’re going to wait to open the polls on Vol. 5 until next Saturday. With that said, we wanted to give you the opportunity to get to know some of these songs before the polls open. Therefore, we’ve decided to release our bracket and Spotify playlist a week early.

On a personal note, thank you for your support of this series so far. We’ve been able to feature over 150 up-and-coming artists since we started the first volume of Glassetonbury in August, and I feel like we’re only scratching the surface. I hope that you’ll continue to ride this rollercoaster with us throughout the twists and turns of 2021.

Let’s take a look at our bracket:
