Sick of not being able to attend your favorite shows? Bored and craving some live music? Well, worry no longer as I have begun compiling some of my favorite full-length HD concerts from Youtube! Each week I will release another 5 based on Genre. My list kicks off today with some excellent rock shows inside of the last 10 years. I hope you enjoy and hope you are making it through this difficult time unscathed.
The Killers- 2017 Lollapalooza, Chicago
I witnessed this masterpiece of a show when it was first broadcast by Red Bull in 2017 and I was completely blown away. The Killers are still one of the premier names in Rock today. This performance even features an amazing cover of the Muse hit “Starlight”
X-Ambassadors – 2019 The Warfield, San Francisco
I have only just gained an appreciation for X-Ambassadors as they had sadly flown under my radar. Just last week I had the opportunity to watch this entire show and now I can’t seem to get enough of these guys. This live stream from San Francisco is probably one of the best performances I have seen in a very long time.
Kings of Leon – 2014 Lollapalooza, Chicago
Kings of Leon when they were in their prime and on fire! 2014 had them as headliners of the Lollapalooza festival in Chicago IL and they certainly did not disappoint. Make sure to check out their badass cover of Robyn’s ” Dancing on my own”
Florence + The Machine – 2015 Voodoo Festival
Florence + The Machine is one of my all-time favorite bands and even to this day, this performance blows my mind to pieces. What can be better than a killer setlist and a Halloween theme at the 2015 Voodoo Festival in New Orleans?! Nothing!
Arctic Monkeys – 2018 TRNSMT Glasgow
The Arctic Monkeys received a lot of criticism for their 2017 Album “Tranquility Base Hotel and Casino” which, according to some didn’t have as many radio-friendly songs as they normally do. It didn’t seem to matter to Alex Turner & co in Glasgow as they put on a performance for the ages. Cooler than ever in my humble music opinion.
