Arcando’s anchor is “Sinking” and Abigail Rose is keeping things on the surface steady.
Late last year, fans were able to see teasers of Abigail and Arcando in the studio together via Instagram and additional social sites. These clips and hints made fans eager to hear what they were working on.
Arcando, a Dutch producer, has been making quite the name for himself internationally! Following a successful year of releases in 2019 (my favorite release was definitely “Medusa” feat. Chris Jobe – listen here), 2020 is off to a booming beginning with “Sinking” being his second track released of the year: featuring Abigail Rose and Egzod. This single heavily reminds me of a number of tracks by Illenium: with Arcando and Egzod providing woeful production which provokes you to explore forgotten feelings, Abigail’s voice reminds you to breathe with her uplifting charm and grace.
Abigail commented on collaborating with Arcando & Egzod:
Getting to work with Arcando & Egzod felt meant to be. I already had a writing trip planned to go to the Netherlands to write with a different artist (Davina Michelle, a Netherlands artist I have a song cut with called “Better Now”) & then Arcando reached out to me a few weeks before. So then while I was there we got to work together on the song in person which was very cool!
