SHUTUPS RELEASE NEW SINGLE “100PUNK” FROM FORTHCOMING ALBUM

Indie pop-punk band the Shutups dropped the most pop-leaning track on their forthcoming album I can’t eat nearly as much as I want to vomit. “100Punk” is the third track with strokes-y guitar riffs, dance punk groove featuring a baritone sax, which is performed by Stan Zest. The new track was originally recorded in 2014 for an old demo updated with new lyrics and additional musical aspects featuring a flute and of course the saxophone. Hadley Davis stated that this song was the reason he felt good enough to start a band. Bassist player, Bud Armeinti stated it was a certified banger. It is a psychedelic head banger with a sick music video that truly fits the vibe of the overall track.

“I have been dying to release this one for so long, but the years of refinement has really strengthened the track in this final form. It’s so different from the other singles and most of our songs generally.”
