On Friday, January 5th, Shaquille O’Neal aka DIESEL threw his latest “Shaq’s Bass All-Stars” at Mission Ballroom in Denver, Colorado. Featuring an all-female lineup consisting of LAYZ, So Tuff So Cute, Aimmia and so & so, and thanks to the show selling out, packing over 4,000 attendees into the historic venue, the night was certainly one for the books. With stellar sets from each and every one of the supporting artists, DIESEL has continuously shown his skill at crafting extraordinary lineups and creating one-of-a-kind experiences for his fans.
With each unique lineup dazzling audiences, DIESEL shines forth as a gargantuan headliner, with both his sheer size and music selection dominating the decks. DIESEL has been on a warpath lately, throwing his first “Shaq’s Bass All-Stars Festival” in September of 2023 and touring around the world as he lives out his dream of performing to massive crowds.
Ever the champion of up-and-coming artists, DIESEL had a surprise up his sleeve in Denver that night. To the shock of the crowd, DIESEL brought out 11-year-old DJ Mesophonic, introduced the rising artist, and even featured him with a live mix of a Mesophonic tune. The crowd went wild at the appearance of Mesophonic, and loved seeing the young artist up on stage. At such a young age, the level of talent that Mesophonic displays is unprecedented, crafting unique tracks and DJing at a high level that is truly impressive.
Already being brought out by DIESEL himself and honing his craft, Mesophonic has a bright future ahead of him. Producing music and showing off highly competent mixing capabilities, the next generation of DJs is in good hands with Mesophonic as he will surely only improve with time. Constantly aiming to hone his craft, Mesophonic takes production lessons and pushes himself to new heights. With his talent already blooming, the sky is the limit for the artist.
