PARAMORE ANNOUNCE EXCLUSIVE, INTIMATE TOUR OF 12 VENUES AND 3 MUSIC FESTIVALS ACROSS NORTH AMERICA THIS FALL

In the din and despair of the last several years, bands have found clever ways to perform for their fans, while desperately wanting to return to the stage. Likewise, music fans have long waited for some of their favorite acts to perform in-person again. Now, it seems fans of Paramore can rejoice — the alternative pop-rock group, sounding stronger than ever, will embark on an exclusive tour of North America this coming fall.

Paramore — who have not toured since 2018 — will be hitting the road starting October 2 in Bakersfield and stopping at 12 intimate venues and 3 music festivals through November 19. This tour marks the first time that Paramore will be comprised of a trio, with lead singer Hayley Williams, drummer Zac Farro and multi-instrumentalist Taylor York ensuring a series of concerts that fans won’t soon forget. Expect Paramore to perform a range of old favorites from the band’s first albums released 15+ years ago, all the way up to their more mature sound today. Plus, there’s already talk of a sixth studio album coming soon, according to Williams:

“We wrote and tracked something we loved and it actually surprised us … We kept joking it was all downhill from that point, but thank God we’ve been surprised a lot throughout this whole thing … Our output has always been all over the place and with this project, it’s not that different. We’re still in the thick of it but some things have remained consistent from the start. 1) More emphasis back on the guitar, and 2) Zac should go as Animal as he wants with drum takes.”

They may have taken some time off to regroup, but Paramore are sure to bring the house down wherever they perform — especially with this new, long-awaited tour. Tickets will go on sale to the general public starting at 10 am local time tomorrow, July 22, and can be purchased here.
