Techno sensation OOTORO is back with “Acide,” a striking, thoughtful new single. Released just yesterday via NIGHTMODE records, OOTORO has brought a breathtaking track to life. Coming off of his “Telefon” release last month, big things are ahead for OOTORO in the world of house and electronic music. Hits such as “1949” and “Killer Bee” are just the tip of OOTORO’s creative iceberg.

A falling sensation turns into a steady and melodious house beat. The track is equally as soft-spoken and careful as it is powerful and commanding. There’s an eerie nature to the atmosphere, especially once it reaches the middle. A soft, creeping synth sweeps in and out, but it soon becomes more relaxing and forward-moving than off-putting. OOTORO spins a delicate, detailed trajectory, remaining stylistically true while keeping the listener on their toes, shifting the room countless times with his production prowess. “Acide” is his first release with NIGHTMODE records.
OOTORO is a remarkable DJ and producer, pioneering nightlife in Indonesia with personality and drive. He is a hot one to watch in the current bass scene because his work shows a distinct heart and perspective in its production. He is very active in the world of live shows as well. OOTORO and Sihk, longtime friend and fellow house artist, have been on tour recently via Chivas Regal. The two are a joy to watch work together after years of musical history.
