One South Lark ‘Til September EP Out 9/30

The indie music scene has been explosive as of late, in a good way of course. In this year alone, we’ve seen tons of solo artists and most especially we’ve got to experience bands who’ve offered us sounds that we never knew we needed. Here are some examples of the following: Fantasy League, Hello Kelly, Theocracy and so much more. But then there’s One South Lark, who’s been fascinating the crowd with their music, chemistry, and that boundless youthful energy.

Hailing from New Orleans, One South Lark is a pop trio consisting of Robert Freeman (Singer), Grayson Worley (Guitarist), and Tabor Brewster (Drummer). Established during their high school days back in 2018, these childhood friends have since worked their way slowly inching their way to top. Which they have done through projects such as their single “Japanese Soda (2018)”, their “Vista Beach” album (2020), and most recently their first U.S. tour that concluded last August. Whew! To say that they’ve been busy is a massive understatement, because they seem to be everywhere- omnipresent to some extent and that’s perfectly fine.

Now that we’re in the thick of September, this New Orleans trio has something waiting in the wings to get us all excited. This time coming in the form of their EP “Til September” which comes out September 30th. If you’re curious about the track list, here’s a quick rundown: “Malibu”, “Wasting My Time”, “Pop Star”, “Savannah” and “Best Friend”. Most of which are all still under wraps, with the exception to “Pop Star”, which came out August 26th

Going off on “Pop Star” and their past endeavors as a group, we could already forecast that “Til September” is gonna be a memorable one. Albeit youngins, One South Lark has already got their act together. Their sound, vibe, and their talent are solid as a rock, and as music fans that’s more than enough reasons to root for them and follow their musical journey. They’re living proof that being young isn’t a hindrance to becoming great. In fact, it could be an advantage because you see the world in fresh new light.

Craving for more One South Lark? If so, then hurry over to their official website, Instagram, Twitter, SoundCloud, TikTok and YouTube accounts for a heavy dose of youthful exuberance.

Woot Woot!
