MYLES O’NEAL RELEASES “BIG BANK” REMIX ON SOUNDCLOUD

Myles O’Neal, stepson to Shaq, recently released a remix of YG’s 2018 “Big Bank” off Stay Dangerous. Having already made his mark on the TV and entertainment industry, including reality stints and appearances in the likes of The Hills: New Beginnings, Basketball Wives, and Shaq Life. But recently he’s been stepping into a more musical arena with his latest “Big Bank” Remix, out now on SoundCloud.

Myles took to Instagram and Twitter to announce the drop, asking enthusiastically of his followers to “BLAST THIS ONE TIME FOR ME” and give him feedback in the comments. The responses have been positive and in support of Myles’ new trajectory.

The “Big Bank” Remix falls easily into the dance/EDM category. There’s nothing wildly jaw dropping or ecstatic about this first single release, but Myles clearly has a musical ear––and good taste in sample songs. YG’s original track features the likes of 2 Chainz, Big Sean, and Nicki Minaj, and was played throughout my high school years on repeat out of car windows, at parties, and in the parking lots after school. And while this new remix from Myles O’Neal strays far (perhaps too much so) from the original, it’s a solid start from the rising DJ.
