Mersiv Knows How To Make People Move

Mersiv unveiled his new single, “I Like It When You Move,” off his forthcoming album, Out Of Bounds. The track follows a long list of singles, each with its unique and catchy qualities.

The producer, real name Anderson Benoit Gallegos, offers a heavy, innovative take on modern bass music and understands what listeners love the most. In fact, the Mersiv Sound Project was created in 2015, leading and defining the Freeform genre of electronic dance music. The project has allowed him to take a new approach to producing music and performing live, in ways that have gained him lots of attention.

“I Like It When You Move” starts slow, almost opening like a rap song with its funky bassline and narration. Soon, the song heats up and gets exciting as it works towards a beat drop. The rhythm includes a multitude of sounds, including strobe effects. The melody, on the other hand, remains simple, playing the same, dark notes for some added drama.

Fans will be happy to hear the artist recently announced his national Out of Bounds Tour, with Phase 2 already having started in September. The tour is anticipated to be an electrifying showcase of Mersiv’s unique soundscape, supported by the incredible talents of Buku, Deadcrow and Stooki Sound.

Already, Mersiv has released another single from his album titled “Top Floor,” featuring The Ninetys. The positive reactions from followers are all the more reasons to check out tickets, here on his official website. Make sure to also follow Mersiv on Instagram and listen to his discography on Spotify.
