LIZZO IS TAKING OVER HBO MAX THIS FALL WITH HER OWN DOCUMENTARY

Sharpen your pencils and whip out your notebooks because we’re going to make our degree in Lizzo-graphy and learn how to become 100% that bitch from the master herself! After conquering the music charts, the fashion empire, TikTok, and our hearts, Lizzo is taking on the big screen. HBO Max has partnered with the international pop sensation to bring the inspiring story behind her humble beginnings to her sensational career with an intimate look into the moments that shaped her hard-earned rise to fame, success, love, and global world domination.

“Growing up I never dreamed I’d get to experience all of the things I’ve accomplished in my life, and I’m just getting started. I’m so excited I get to share and relive my journey with my fans and HBO Max. From ‘Cuz I Love You’ to my dramatic world tour, losing and gaining love, and creating my new album ‘Special,’ y’all get to see the amount of time, patience, blood, sweat and tears that went into this process. It takes ten years to become an ‘overnight success,’ and hopefully, I can inspire other young creatives to keep going.”

Get ready peeps it’s sure to get emotional af, ugly cries, and hearty laughs guaranteed. I hope we’ll get to see some more of her fire flute skills throughout the documentary. Lizzo is everyone’s honorary big sis who taught us that “feeling good as hell” in our own skin is a priority. It’s “about damn time” that she gets all the attention and honors for her hard work that she deserves.     

The “Untitled Lizzo Documentary” is expected to air sometime this fall on the HBO Max streaming platform, no specific dates are out yet, sorry. I know I know, we can’t wait for it to come out either, but we’ve got you covered. How about learning the viral “It’s about damn time” TikTok dance from the legend herself? Yes, please.
