Montreal-based producer and singer/songwriter kerri has done it again with his latest single, “Cinnamon Tips,” off his upcoming EP HURTING. The track is a passionate ballad about kicking a cigarette addiction, comparing the lingering smell of a cigarette in a room to the longing for a faded love. It’s a story many of us can relate to, beautifully told through a blend of acoustic and experimental R&B with a soft, guitar-driven melody and lush string section.
