Joel Corry has teamed up with dance-pop legends Icona Pop and breakout UK house & UKG producer outfit Rain Radio on a new single, “Desire.” Corry, a multi-award-nominated DJ and producer, dropped “Desire” within a stream of new records and exciting collaborations, continuing to lift his music to dynamic new levels. The new song is out via Atlantic Records, highlighting Corry’s top-level production as well as Icona Pop and Rain Radio’s exciting sounds.

Equal parts soft-spoken and pumped-up, “Desire” fits perfectly onto the spectrum of dreamy house beats. It carries a consistent, feathery pulse, hitting intense waves of synth throughout. The lyrics are wanting and sensual, pulling the listener in. They float easily with the beat, inspiring emotion as well as movement. “Desire” is an impressive feat in house music, with a wide berth of sound that evokes a sense of connectedness and flight.

Joel Corry recently released “Do You Want Me Baby?” with Billen Ted & Elphi, as well as “Dance Around It” with Caity Baser. “Desire” follows the two hit tunes with elastic energy, presenting dance-till-you-sweat club music at its best and brightest. The track is Corry’s first time collaborating with Icona Pop, who just announced their new album, Club Romantech, but their musical chemistry sounds well-aged. Rain Radio, the hotly-tipped producer duo, also fits seamlessly into their equation.
“Desire” is the first single off of Joel’s ever-evolving new project Another Friday Night, which will continue to take shape this summer. He will be playing at the esteemed Wet Republic pool Party and Marquee Night Club in the coming months, as well as a headline show at The Brooklyn Mirage.
