Jeff Larson Makes His Great Return With New Album This Fall
Set to release his album titled Adobe Home, Jeff Larson is back after a decade-long album hiatus. Fans will be thrilled to immerse themselves once more in his music, which is noted for its warm voice and fervent thoughts. The announcement comes after Larson’s most recent EP release, “It’ll Never Happen Again,” a dedication to the late and great singer-songwriter Tim Hardin. Larson released a heartwarming music video for the featured song “Reason to Believe.” View the video down below.
Larson said that he began working on the album after his move to San Diego in 2020, where he started to become influenced by the surrounding area and worked closely with his co-producer and friend, Gerry Beckley. Together, the pair produced 12 of the featured songs on Adobe Home, drenched in powerful synchronism and creativity. Larson also reached out to genius songwriters Jack Tempchin and Beckley for inspiration on writing lyrics for the album.
“We help each other as sounding boards on the production side; we co-wrote one song, and he plays bass and keyboards throughout the album. I also became friends with Jack Tempchin, who is a neighbor. Along with producing a record for Jack, we co-wrote a couple of songs for this album. I think it captures the time it was written and the emotions I went through.”
