Upon the brink of releasing their latest album, Jubilee (June 4th), and just after the music video of “Posing In Bondage,” Japanese Breakfast announced the first leg of touring.

“Posing in Bondage,” was recorded safely according to quarantine restrictions, and creates a new scope for the band in haunting and breathtaking visuals. Colors painted in greens and blues, the post-apocalyptic feel throughout suggests the influences of the last year have impacted the upcoming album’s message; what that story will be is to be discovered, but knowing Japanese Breakfast, the tale will be an experience worth waiting for.

As the world around us finds a new normal, the slow revival of tours and festivals are beginning to show themselves starting late summer and fall. Japanese Breakfast will be performing their brand new album, starting in Philadelphia this August, and ending in St. Louis in October. View the full dates below.

Stream “Posing in Bondage,” and the other singles toward Japanese Breakfast’s upcoming album, now available on all streaming platforms.
