HOT BODIES IN MOTION RELEASE SOUL-STIRRING SINGLE “HYMN 151” ABOUT LUST AND SELF-DESTRUCTION

Hot Bodies In Motion is about to release their newest single, “Hymn 151,” and it’s a story ten years in the making about the dangers of desire. It’s about how wanting something can be self-destructive and unsatisfying, even though we think it’s what we need. The song is soulful and rock, with a throwback sound that’s equal parts sensual and fervent.

The duo behind Hot Bodies In Motion, Scott Johnson and Ben Carson, have been making music together for over a decade, tracing their influences to artists like The Black Keys, Rage Against the Machine, and even Mariah Carey. They’ve collaborated with notable artists like Macklemore, Natalie from JOSEPH, and Allen Stone, and their music has been featured in Lionsgate Film Abduction, Netflix’s Lucifer, and NBC’s The Night Shift.

“Hymn 151” is a meticulously composed and cathartically executed single that will energize your soul. It’s about how our hedonistic appetites can sometimes lead us down the wrong path, and how we need to be mindful of our desires. Hot Bodies In Motion delivers on their promise of inescapable guitar hooks, pulsing rhythms, and vintage vibes that will keep you dancing all night long.
