We are so thankful to all of those who submitted their work. You gave us a lot to consider, and now we’re excited to announce those who are moving on to the fan voting round! AK RENNY
AK RENNY is a bass house DJ, producer, and rapper from Jacksonville, Florida. She’s making waves in the house scene by incorporating rap vocals into house in her own unique way. The name stands for “Always Knew Renny” rooting from a Kid Cudi quote, “always know who you are to progress in life.” Her vision is to fuse together rap and house in a way that’s never been done before. Starting her production journey in 2019, AK RENNY has since released on labels such as NightEnjin and GRL GANG. She has gained support from artists like Dr.Fresch and has been featured on labels such as Nightbass, Housecalls, and Space Yacht. There will Always be bigger and better to come for AK Renny.
Alexion
There is no debate that Alexion is one of the youngest producers to have successfully emerged in the Atlanta EDM scene. Since the beginning of his career, his passion for persistence and success was what got him to be one of the youngest DJs ever to have played at some of Atlanta’s biggest nightclubs, music venues, and music festivals. After ending his career as a big room producer, he decided to move up to Nashville and get into melodic house and techno where he became inspired by the sounds of Camelphat, Anyma, and Massano.
Under his old alias, he’s built a respectable name and reputation for himself, racking over hundreds of thousands of streams under his belt as well as working with artists releasing under labels including Revealed Recordings and Spinnin Records. As he began to grow even bigger, his releases started gaining support from DJs including Martin Garrix, Alok, Nicky Romero, Hardwell, Yves V, and Cuebrick in addition to airing on radio stations including Tomorrowland One World Radio and one of Spain’s biggest radio stations, Radio Nacional.
D!lemma
D!lemma, the entrancing genre-bending Wizard, is a rising artist reshaping the realm of music through his mesmerizing methods of song composition and DJing. D!lemma has crafted a discography encompassing Experimental Bass, Dubstep, Mid Tempo, Drum and Bass, Bass House, and Techno. With his alluring switch-ups and spellbinding sound design, D!lemma is undoubtedly a magical force poised to make a lasting impact.
FEAR
FEAR is a dubstep producer based out of Nashville, Tennessee who is combining unique sound design with hard-hitting dubstep and riddim. This new alias brings deep, dark sounds to every city he plays. From midtempo to dubstep, FEAR’s sets engross crowds and never remain the same. Previously known as BDVBZ, FEAR has brought his talents to states around America’s east coast and south.
Jacketz & Hatz
“Jacketz & Hatz” is a producer and DJ duo focused on emotive and soulful sets that pay homage to Chicago’s disco roots and powerful European influenced techno, melodic techno and deep house melodies. “Jacketz & Hatz” is a culmination of Garrett and Will’s love for dance music and desire to entertain and uplift their audience with their infectious and light-hearted energies.
You can find Garrett (Lake Tahoe, CA) and Will (Chicago, IL) at venues across the city including recent sets at Electric Hotel, Arbella, and upcoming calendar dates in Nashville, TN, Columbus OH, and California as their outreach continues to grow. You can also find them in the crowd grooving on the dance floor, supporting artists big and small and advancing dance musics inclusive mantra.
Kharfi
Kharfi entered the industry dabbling in downtempo experimental releases, but since found his niche pop-house sound with bouncy bass and strong lyricism. Kicking off his independent artist career at the end of 2020 and releasing his second EP “24” on his 24th birthday at the beginning of 2021, Kharfi is considered nothing close to a novice and his debut album “AQUARIUM” is a candid display of passion.
Born in 1997, Kharfi proved age was just a number when he claimed the Italian EDM scene in the summer of 2016, with the release of his debut single “Hei Bae – Radio Edit” which flooded Italian radio stations and ranked #1 on the Italian iTunes Dance Chart, MTV Dance Chart, and Spotify Viral Chart.
Following the success of his first single, he released notable remixes of classics like “Inside Out” by The Chainsmokers and “Universe” by Benny Benassi. Kharfi secured spots on some of Italy’s top festival lineups and got media coverage from outlets such as DJMAG, Billboard, Dancing Astronaut, ThisSongIsSick, NestHQ, and radios like BBC Radio 1, 1Xtra, and Kiss FM. Since then he has accumulated over 15 million plays on Spotify, received support from artists like Kiesza, Diplo, The Chainsmokers, Don Diablo, Giovanni Allevi, and had the chance to open for stars like Steve Aoki, Skrillex, and Martin Garrix.
Krispee Biscuits
Krispee Biscuits is an eclectic electronic duo fresh out of Wilmington, North Carolina. Equipped with a classically trained violinist and a Melodic House bred DJ maestro, the two cultivate a sound rarely heard in any corner of the musical realm. The Biscuit boys cater to a broad range of audiences using their stylistic approach of set curation and genre bending, leaving a little something for everyone to enjoy.
LuSiD
LuSiD is a multi-Instrumentalist, international touring artist with an extraordinary unique live performance. The LuSiD project sells out shows all over the U.S. with a strong, rapidly growing fanbase stretching across the globe. Harnessing a wide variety of live elements, LuSiD crafts an entirely original, organic experience that truly captivates his audience. Equipped with guitar, bass, keys, vinyl scratching, vocals, looping, and, didgeridoo. LuSiD delivers robust live performances and eclectic DJ sets with unmatched versatility and gravitational energy.
MissyMiss
MissyMiss is a Forest Psytrance DJ, producer and visual artist based out of USA. Originally born in Kobe, Japan, MissyMiss combines stylistic backgrounds from around the world to create psychedelic music and transcending visual design. MissyMiss uses her music and visual art to express her spiritual being, creating music and art for audiences to re connect with their own spirituality and expand their conscience. MissyMiss started her music career as a singer back home in Japan which kept her in music industry for nearly 20years. After moving to the United States, she started DJing and producing Psytrance and earned degrees in Audio Engineering and MIDI Music productions.
Nizzbeats
Nizzbeats is a rising talent in the bass music scene, from Rapid City, South Dakota. Known for his signature blend of drum & bass, dubstep, and more prominent bass music genres, Nizzbeats has established himself as a force to be reckoned with in the electronic music world.
As a graduate of Icon Collective, a highly respected music production school, Nizzbeats has had the opportunity to study under some of the industry’s top producers and has honed his skills to become a master of his craft.
Nizzbeats’ music is characterized by its high energy and powerful basslines, drawing inspiration from a wide range of electronic music genres. His innovative sound design and production techniques set him apart from the rest, making his music instantly recognizable. He is known for his ability to create tracks that are both dancefloor-friendly and emotionally evocative.
Nizzbeats is not only a skilled producer but also a talented DJ. He showcases his skills by seamlessly blending his own tracks with genre-defining tunes, elevating his performances to new heights with his mastery of Ableton.
With a passion for music and a drive to constantly improve, Nizzbeats is a rising star in the electronic music scene. He continues to push the boundaries of bass music and is poised to make a major impact in the industry.
NOIZ
Performing under the stage name NOIZ, I present a high octane bass show with an aggressive amount of energy. My original music is best described as alternative synth pop.
partywithray
As a name to know in house music, partywithray burst into the scene in 2019 with his debut single ‘Came For The Low’, a dirty and darkly compelling collaboration with longtime musical compatriot ZHU, later featured in Marvel’s ‘Falcon and the Winter Soldier’. With roots in LA’s storied indie scene, partywithray adds his special sauce to the proceedings with a style and flair that channels the bratty stepkid of Prince and FISHER, but with an attitude that is all his own.
With support from dance music legends including Claptone, Benny Benassi, Oliver Heldens, NGHTMRE, Tiesto, Dom Dolla, and more, partywithray has continued to take the dance music scene by force. Through the release of his #Partystarters EP in 2021, shows at venues including Red Rocks, Sound Nightclub, and Escape Halloween, plus releases with countless major dance labels, partywithray is proving he is a step apart from the rest.
Rodrigo Serna
The 25 year-old Miami native Rodrigo Serna has swiftly become an emerging name in the competitive tech-house scene. Having started his journey while the world shut down in 2020, Rodrigo’s talents began to show quickly, with releases on esteemed labels such as Insomniac Records imprint IN/ROTATION and Thrive Music. Rodrigo has garnered immense support from industry heavyweights like Fisher, GUZ, Westend, Paco Osuna, and many more. With over 1.5 million streams and multiple Beatport top 10s to his name, Rodrigo’s meteoric rise is a testament to his discipline and exceptional talent.
Stallings
Stallings is a tech house producer & DJ from Nashville. Drawing inspiration from the world around him, he is constantly digging for (and producing) music that takes what is familiar and twists in a unique way. He loves samples, grooving drums and driving basslines , and excels at creating special moments on the dancefloor with the occasional unconventional buildup. With Stallings on the 1’s and 2’s, expect the unexpected. Previously a member of the local DJ trio Triple J, with whom he played Breakaway Music Festival in 2019, Stallings has since shifted towards a more house-focused, artist project with his own productions on the way. While working on his craft, he’s played at several events around Nashville and maintained a residency at The Roxy in Lexington, KY. While with Triple J he would take many open format gigs, but these days Stallings is fully focused on house music and the underground scene in Nashville. He live streams a weekly radio show on Mixcloud called Fullstack Radio where he showcases fresh house tracks. When he’s not DJing or producing, Stallings enjoys coding, video games, and soccer. Keep an eye out for this Nashville native as he prepares to solidify his presence as an innovator in the scene with his sets and productions in the coming months.
Von Mitch
Von Mitch, a DJ, Producer, and Musician, embarked on his musical journey as a member of a heavy metal band called “In The Midst Of Lions,” signed to Facedown Records (California) and managed by Sumerian Entertainment (Los Angeles). Touring venues in the United States, Canada, and Europe.
In 2019, Von Mitch ventured into the realm of solo artistry, releasing his debut album entitled “Game Of Tones.” With an impressive repertoire ranging from being a skilled bass player to a visionary producer, Von Mitch encompasses every aspect of the music industry.
Von Mitch succeeded in releasing his second album, “Higher Heights.” Along with three singles, “I Don’t Want To Be Alone,” “Feeling Pretty Right Now,” and “It’s Getting Dark” showcasing his evolving sound.
Zotti
Zotti is a producer based out of Nashville, TN blending sounds of future trap and experimental bass music. Zotti has amassed a following of 15k followers on Soundcloud, has worked with billboard charting artists and had his music featured on Television. He is currently teaching music production at Remington College in Nashville.

Glasse Factory is excited to host a tournament designed to showcase several up-and-coming acts we’re excited about, with the winning band receiving a prize package that includes stage time at this year’s Deep Tropics! The tournament, which we’re calling Glasse-tonbury, will feature artists that submit. Their performances will have been reviewed by a collaborative panel made up of Glasse Factory and, for this edition, Deep Tropics team members, and the matchups will be voted on by you. For each matchup, there will be a link to each performance, a brief description of the songs/artists, and a link to a poll where you can cast your vote.
About Deep Tropics
Deep Tropics is produced by forward-thinking, dance music enthusiasts at Full Circle Presents. The creative site and stage design is led by art director, Aaron Martin and will take the energy to stratospheric levels. The one-of-a-kind amphitheater in the park ensures every viewpoint is perfect with a beautiful downtown skyline view in the backdrop. Intricate lasers, choreographed LED, moving lights, and art installs will illuminate the park. The venue is less than a mile from auxiliary party locations, downtown Nashville, and some of the city’s coolest districts.
Deep Tropics’ mission is to be the greenest festival in the United States. They are a climate positive event which simply means we create more energy than we use. These efforts are fueled by our non-profit organization Deep Culture, Inc which exists to curate experiences that activate transformation of self, community, and planet. In 2021, 79% of festival waste was prevented from entering the landfill. The proceeds from Green Disco Eco-Bands allowed us to plant 59,000+ trees in Kenya and help offset our carbon footprint. Many of Deep Tropics’ art projects are created from sustainable materials such as hempcrete & aircrete. Additionally, Deep Tropics has a zero waste initiative to ensure everything is either recyclable, compostable, or re-usable. Regenerative design is at the forefront of every aspect of the festival.
