Zingara’s vibrant debut album The Code of Dreams propelled them to the forefront of the electronic music scene, and she is wasting no time in capitalizing on this momentum. At the beginning of November, the rising star embarked on the “For The Crystal Children Tour” which promises to showcase new music and add to the lore surrounding Zingara’s dynamic and immersive live performances.
Earlier this year, the electronic artist was on the road for The Code of Dreamz tour. The “For The Crystal Children Tour” was intended to be both a way to hit cities they missed on this earlier excursion, but also a means of continuing to develop the story those shows initiated.
The story will expand through new music and visuals, which at their core are built around the idea of The Crystal Children.
When it was time to start brainstorming new ideas, this concept popped into my head. The Crystal Children are souls that volunteer to come to Earth to help the collective learn to love and heal.
Zingara
This new EP has a distinct vibrance that is unique to the electronic music scene, and “Rhythm of Life” is a clear standout. The track is a collaboration with Steller and Maurice Brown, and Brown’s trumpet skills are a delicate juxtaposition to Zingara’s base-forward production.
“Shape Shift” is a dance track that commands attention and movement. Zingara’s moody vocals elevate the dreaminess of the track. Establishing a sensory-focused narrative through breathy vocals over her signature production is another beautiful blend of hard and soft sonic elements. These two standout tracks serve as lovely encapsulations of a project that infuses this hard hitting bass music with Zingara’s signature dream-inspired themes.
After selling out her debut heading tour in 2022 and 2023, Zingara will hit the road again to tour this EP, the “For The Crystal Children Tour” is sure to be a must see production before its conclusion on December 14. Tickets can be purchased here, and the EP that inspired the Tour is currently available for streaming!
