Fresh off her first GRAMMY Award win for Best Rap Album, R&B sensation Doechii comes clean with her explosive new single, “Nosebleeds.” The track was written and recorded just for the winning occasion, showcasing the Tampa-native’s bold confidence in her musical abilities.

Opening with the signature sporadic breathing found at the end of her most-streamed “DENIAL IS A RIVER” single, “Nosebleeds” sets the scene with a lyrical tapestry of gritty vocals and hard-hitting bass drops. The next two minutes are an avalanche of assertive spoken rap, with the 26-year-old boldly thanking her supporters and condemning her haters.

Right now is my time and my moment

Thank you to my swamp and thank you, God, I was broke
I thanks you, God, I thank you to Top God Entertainment

Oop, Top Dawg Entertainment”

– “Nosebleeds”

With the help of producer Jonas Jeberg and executive producers Anthony “Top Dawg” Tiffith and his son, Anthony “Moosa” Tiffith Jr., the new release bleeds an undeniable intensity. Trap-inspired hi-hats, distorted synths and syncopated rhythms form the foundation of “Nosebleeds” contagious atmosphere.

Doechii’s music has amassed hundreds of millions of streams across Spotify, YouTube and other streaming and social media platforms. Songs like “DENIAL IS A RIVER” and “Anxiety” went viral on TikTok, with fans creating lip-syncing and dancing videos to their infectious beats. Her unique vocal delivery and contagious energy was further amplified in “Balloon (feat. Doechii),” her collaborative duet with rapper Tyler, The Creator.

‘Will she ever lose?’ Man, I guess we’ll never know

‘Will she lose her cool?’ Man, I guess we’ll never-

I guess we’ll never know

I guess we’ll never see the day that Doechii crown falls

Guess you’ll never live to see the day that Doechii loses

– “Nosebleeds”

While Alligator Bites Never Heal earned Doechii her first GRAMMY victory, it earned plenty of other accolades as well. It peaked at No. 1 on Rolling Stone‘s list of “The 20 Best Hip-Hop Albums of 2024” and even reached the top 10 for their overall “Best Albums of 2024” list. She was also GRAMMY-nominated for Best New Artist and Best Rap Performance for her hit single, “NISSAN ALTIMA.” Now, with a top-ranked win to her name, Doechii cements her status as a powerhouse or today’s ever-evolving rap landscape.
