BRE KENNEDEY RELEASES BEAUTIFUL CONTEMPORARY SINGLE “MEANTIME”
Bre Kennedy dropped her new single “Meantime” in celebration the announcement of her headline tour. “Meantime” is a buoyant mid-tempo love song and will be featured as track three on Bre’s upcoming release, Scream Over Everything (Side A), out on July 28 via Nettwerk. Last year, Bree took a year off from touring to start writing music again and really get in tune with herself. She wrote “Meantime” with her heart on her sleeve as a beautiful ode to loving others by taking care of yourself first. A season of change and accepting things are different. Bre still loves the person she wrote this song about very much but things are just different. The track is truly captivating, tells a story and offers a lot of vulnerability.
“This is a song to someone you love in a time of change and growth to say ‘I know things are hard right now but in the meantime I still love you. It’s about learning to fully show up for yourself in order to be able to show up for someone else. ‘Me loving me is loving you,’”
