Anthrax Celebrates their 40th Anniversary in Global Livestream Event

Anthrax, one of the BIG FOUR in “thrash metal” (others are Metallica, Megadeth, Slayer), turns the big 4-0 this year. As a celebration, the revolutionary band offers a global livestream event, available until next Sunday, for all to enjoy on repeat. The performance spanned the band’s entire forty year career in playing their biggest hits, new and old, filmed at The Den in Los Angeles, CA. The set list spans the band’s entire career and honor the landmark anniversary.

Showcasing their seemingly effortless talent and energy, the band was brought to the stage with an electric instrumental intro. It’s no wonder they’ve been named as one of the top bands who have revolutionized the metal scene; influencing millions of fans and many musicians alike.
