About Alison Wonderland:
Since emerging in 2009, Alison Wonderland has quietly inched towards mainstream ubiquity – receiving the highest female DJ Billing ever at Coachella, capturing the No. 1 spot on Billboard‘s Top Dance/Electronic Albums twice, headlining sold-out arenas and festivals around the globe and clocking upwards of 500 million combined global streams.
After regular nightclub sets around Australia and a series of remixes for everyone from Little Dragon to Justin Bieber, she made her full-length debut in 2015 with Run – which entered Billboard’s Top Dance/Electronic Albums chart at No. 1 and attained Gold status down under. She made her U.S. live debut at Coachella. In 2017, she took Best New Artist honors at the first-ever Electronic Dance Music Awards while her remix of Dua Lipa’s “New Rules” soared to No. 1 on the dance charts.
Wonderland’s 2018 sophomore album, Awake, levelled up every element. Her all-star cast of collaborators included Joel Little (Lorde), Illangelo (The Weeknd), Party Favor (Mad Decent), Lido, Chief Keef and Trippie Redd. The album became the multi-talented phenomenon’s second straight No. 1 bow on Billboard’s Top Dance/Electronic Albums chart as “Church” soared past the 14 million mark on Spotify in just a few months, leading her to become Billboard Dance’s “Breakout Artist of 2018” and the magazine’s 2019 Dance Issue cover star.
In 2019, between headline slots at festivals around the world, Wonderland played her own headline concerts, which sold over 100,000 tickets globally and included two sold-out shows at Red Rocks Amphitheatre in Colorado (filmed in multi-camera 4K VR). She also produced and promoted her own worldwide “Wonderland Warehouse Project” tour. Simultaneously, Wonderland’s “Radio Wonderland” show clocked five million-plus iTunes downloads, broadcasting to over 20 countries and featuring prominently on the Sirius XM channel Diplo’s Revolution.
