A Good Time Awaits In FJELTHAUS’ ‘Papa Cabana’
It’s undeniable that in a fast paced often crazy world, vacations or taking breaks isn’t just a luxury but an essential to us humans. An opportunity to unwind, it helps else rest our aching hearts, minds and bodies from life’s constant beating. Whether it be out of town, in another country or simply out of the house, it all helps to clear the mental cobwebs away. Not only that but it’s also a moment to be with the ones we hold dear. The real reasons why we strive hard day in and day out in the first place.
This same energy of kicking back and having an amazing time is felt in Dutch artist Timo Van Veldhuizen aka FJELTHAUS with his latest song ‘Papa Cabana’. Released March 31st in all major streaming platforms via Fjelt So Good Records. ‘Papa Cabana’ is a track that goes hard on the dance floor all whilst invoking that sense of restfulness as you frolic in a tropical island. A perfect mix of perpetual motion and serenity near the ocean side. It makes for a dreamy scenario we could all go for right about now.
Albeit no lyrics, it’s instrumentals, beats and rhythm are more than enough to capture our imaginations. What it lacks in words, it gracefully makes up with its smooth groove and vibe. An invitation from FJELTHAUS himself, he urges us and stop whatever we’re doing and let our worries to the wind at least for now. But more importantly, it stands as a reminder that there is so much beauty in the world. We owe it to ourselves to experience all if not majority of them while we’re still able.
Papa Cabana is calling, so go out there while our bodies still allow us. To be able to feel the wind blow against our face and not just the air conditioner. Lay on the sand as the water touches our feet, and not just remain on the floor waiting for a breakthrough. Let a smile escape those lips, instead of a sigh of frustration from a seemingly insurmountable work load. It’s about time we enjoyed life to the fullest, away from all the hustle and bustle.
