“Loot Bag” Showcases Miilk’s Signature Bass Hop Sound Style

St. Louis-based production duo Miilk dropped a new single earlier this month that showcases its signature bass hop sound. Made up of Christian Murphy and Spencer Flower, the duo gives old school hip-hop a twist with new age edits.

“Loot Bag” is the latest drop that gives listeners a taste the gritty bass-infused trip-hop style that the duo strives for. The song starts out with a hypnotic, thrilling bassline that, given the right sound system, can send shivers down your spine. It continues through as low bumping bass backs the catchy hook. Old school hip-hop elements are infused throughout, including the classic scratching sound. These elements fuse seamlessly with more modern and bouncy bass and generous percussions. Even though the underlying production remains similar throughout the song, there are so many different elements that are added in to give the song numerous directions. This is the type of song that you want to get your bass bumping for!
