Quarantine Tapes: with Kat Saul in North Hollywood

While we were out in L.A. we met up with Kat Saul for another episode of Quarantine Tapes, where we reminisced on our days at the Belmont School of Music and discussed the waves she’s been making in her music career ever since!

This spunky and glittery 90’s kid turned up-and-coming pop star is breaking the scene with her powerful vocals and edm-inspired pop tracks. Growing up Kat Saul always admired strong female band leads and definitely captures the essence of the greats with her vulnerable, witty lyrics and emotional melodies fused with pop rock guitar and clingy EDM sounds.

Writing about topics many can relate to like ending relationships, knowing your worth, dealing with anxiety and growing up, Kat Saul brings a fresh spin on everything in a way that gives you goosebumps. She may be one of THE first voices of our generation.

Since graduating Belmont University she has made the big move from Nashville to Los Angeles just before the weight of the covid pandemic hit America. Luckily she made the move with fellow Belmont alumni and musical collaborator Ryan Hoffman, who joined us for the Quarantine Tapes performance. Kat Saul has had a great support system and hasn’t let this pandemic hold her back. She has been hustling for her career, working with industry heavyweights as Prince Fox (“Bite 2.0“and “I Love To Hate You“), and releasing raw and energizing singles, most recently “Monsters.”

In our interview Kat teased us with some exclusive info on her up-coming EP! Tune in to get all the juicy details and give her new track “Monsters” some love on Spotify by streaming our Release Radar playlist.
