VANBAKK RELEASES ENERGIZING POP PUNK TRACK “HOSPITAL”

Oslo’s very own Fredrik Vandbakk released his single “Hospital” earlier this month and wow is this a damn good pop-punk track. Growing up, Vadbakk has spent a lot of energy dealing with anxiety and hyperactivity caused by his ADHD. Concerning creativity though, he says that these traits are his most valuable assets. “Hospital” is all about pent-up anger, frustration, joy and excitement bursting out with no restrictions. It’s an honest story about all from Vandbakk’s point of view living with mental illnesses and ADHD. Vankbakk’s vocals are truly addicting and at the forefront the entire song. I think he truly captures all the angst and the rage that builds up inside your head. The song is explosive really bouncing through your eardrums with banging drums and awesome guitar riffs. Definitely a track that reminds everyone why pop-punk is one of the best genres out there.

“A song about hitting rock bottom and where to go from there.”
