It’s official! Tame Impala will be heading off on the road again with a 2022 North American tour!
Why might you ask?
Well, the short answer: The Slow Rush Deluxe Box Set is out with new B-sides and remixes!
The stupid answer: Much like the Vikings, It was only natural for Kevin Parker to lay siege on our ears and conquer 2022 with festival dates.

From February 27th to May 22nd, the group is set to perform at least fifteen shows. With the Inning Festival in Tempe, AZ being the home base, the act will make “The Slow Rush” to venues such as the Barclays Center in Brooklyn, NY, before ending at the Hangout Music Festival in Gulf Shores, AL. Other important dates include the Place Bell center in Montreal, QC, and the Buku Music and Art Project in New Orleans, LA, meaning you don’t want to miss our generation’s Led Zeppelin!

That being said, though, it’s fascinating to think, what began as a humble solo project for Kevin Parker has now grown to be one of the most significant rock outfits of the decade. Perhaps this outcome is a testament to Parker’s commitment to touring and songwriting. Nonetheless, when you evaluate the band’s newest album, The Slow Rush is a marvel that will stand the test of time. Combining Parker’s love for rock and pop, the latest addition to the domesticated antelope’s discography, No Choice, is as punchy as Mind Mischief and The Less I Know the Better. Reverb soaked to a tee, the hip-hop drums and guitar solos in No Choice make for a dope listen.
