S1C Offers POC Creators Chance of a Lifetime
Schedule One Concept, otherwise known as S1C World, announced a $10,000 Creator Grant Program and opportunity of a lifetime for POC creators on Oct. 6. The winner(s) of this Creator Grant Program were given the chance to collaborate with the S1C team of acclaimed artists on future S1C creative projects.
S1C World founded by Grammy- winning musician Miguel, is a LA-based life and style brand that has a goal to build community and gain support around “creativity, mental stability, and advocacy” Miguel explains.
“I just think it’s important for an artist to protect, nurture, and sharpen their convictions and the S1C Creators Grant Program is meant to help each recipient continue to do so.”

The founding members of S1C were carefully selected and include a plethora of artists, innovators, fashion/clothing designers, digital artists, photographers and more creatives. Some founders include Shane Gonzales, Trevor Jones, Jake Inez and more. A list of founders can be found on the community website, S1CWorld.
While only a hundred applicants will be chosen, all applicants of the grant are able to receive a free S1C membership–otherwise, fostering their creative growth within the S1C community. Applicants are able to get the tools they need to prosper which is something Miguel stresses as one of the goals of S1C.

Applicants of the Creators Grant Program, were given the chance to showcase digital and/or physical art, digital and/or physical clothing, or digital and/or physical events or experiences. While applications have already closed, stay tuned for updates and more opportunities on their website.
