Quarantine Tapes: out in LA with Niiko x SWAE

Niiko x SWAE grew up in Newport Beach, CA and started making music together in college. They have since gone on to accomplish a lot together in their first few years pursuing their music career, including featured spots on several Spotify playlists, reaching Top 20 of Billboard’s Dance Club Chart twice, performing at Coachella and locking in a second year residency at Hakkasan Group.

The 24-year-old duo recently signed on with Will Runzel at Prodigy Artists, which also works with other artists like NGHTMRE and Slander. They just recently in the past few weeks released two new singles, a fun uptempo remix of Cheat Codes’ ‘Heaven‘ and an original track with Nafsica entitled ‘The Answer.’ Nafsica’s smooth pop melodies fly over the energetic percussive beats from the boys in ‘The Answer,’ giving a super homey feeling of dancing under the sun at a music festival.
