After the unfortunate weather Pilgrimage Festival faced in 2018, Tennessee’s countryside is surely more than ready for the festival to return. Held at the Franklin’s Park at Harlinsdale Farm, Pilgrimage Music & Cultural Festival is an annual arts festival in Franklin, Tennessee.
