Muralim’s ‘Acho’ Is A Funky Happy Pill For All

Happiness is a goal we all strive for in our lives. No matter what culture, country or status we find ourselves in at the moment. Whether our state of ‘being happy’ is derived from material, or the simple things in life like love of family etc. We all make conscious decisions to pick options that would (hopefully) directly lead us there or to bring us steps closer to it. Just like how we climb up stairs, reaching our mountain top is a multi leveled process.

Higher and higher we go, as the saying goes. Along the way, we come across little wonders that motivate and captivate us like music. An excellent example of this is Zurich based New Jazz Quintet Muralim and their latest song entitled ‘Acho’. Released last February 24th in all major streaming platforms. This purely instrumental track is a happy pill that transports us to places beyond our imagination. A dreamland where we could freely be who we are with a matching background of sultry jazz tunes.

What Muralim’s ‘Acho’ lacks in lyrics, it more than makes up with the gorgeous atmosphere it gives. It paints for us this very spacey free roaming funky planet of sorts that we could explore at our own leisure. With its expressive yet intricate layers of instruments that flow all throughout. Muralim makes us feel welcomed all while making their audience smile from time to time. Making ‘Acho’ a perfect resting spot, for those who are seeking refuge from the hustle and bustle of everyday living. In a way, they’re a KitKat bar but in music form.

So if you’re on the lookout for something to wind you down or an aid to let your creative juices flow. Then ‘Acho’ by Muralim is definitely the right one for you. It’s a colorful rainbow bridge that will leave you in awe and a multi sensory experience that you won’t get enough of.
